Goddamn, that's a pretty fuckin' good milkshake!

Hey, I found this community through my friend's livejournal (Crystalprincess), so here goes:

-Obviously, what’s your name? Jacqueline

-Any nicknames? Jacqui, or depending on a select few, "Jacq" or "Quiqui"

-How old are you? 19

-How do you usually act during stressful situations? I usually don't do anything about the thing that's stressing me out until the last minute or I confront it right away. It depends... If I have a problem with a friend or someone, I'll probably be too stressed out just worrying about it, so I'll confront him or her sooner than later. If it's something like school work, then I'll procrastinate it, but I'll always get it done. I try to stay calm about it, which usually works because I think things through linearly, not as if I have to do it all at once--then I get set to straighten out what's been stressing me out step by step.

-If a friend or associate was in deep shit, how would you react to the situation? I know it's selfish, but the first thing I'd think of would be either "that guy's a dumbass," if he brought on whatever situation he was in to himself, or "I'm glad that didn't happen to me." Other than that, it depends on the person who was in deep shit and how much I care to help. If he or she is a family or a good friend, I'll probably do whatever I can to help, or at least offer a helping hand or lend an ear.

-How good are you with people? I personally don't think I'm good with people. If I'm put in a social situation with people I don't know, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to get to know anyone because I'm either shy or don't care about meeting other people. A lot of times I find myself on the cynical side of life, but I also know that I have a soft spot for people and if I really like them, I go out of my way to help.

-What bad habits do you possess? I pick my fingernails and the skin around them whenever I'm stressed out or bored. Sometimes I don't even notice that I'm doing that. Sometimes I chew the inside of my cheeks, mostly I stick to picking at my fingers.

-What are your closest friends like? My closest friends aren't anything like me, but we still get along great since we've known each other for so long. We're all pretty much in the fringe of society (IE we're not jocks or popular or anything) and we don't do drugs... I don't know. It would really be too much to describe, but they're good people and fun to hang around.

-What’s your favorite bands/types of music? My favorite band is Rasputina, if anyone has ever heard of them. They're typically labeled as a gothic band, but I don't think of myself as Goth at all. Other than that, I listen to an eclectic array of bands, but not country, sorry. I find myself listening to mostly indie or classic rock bands, if you have to have a label though.

-What do you do for a living (i.e. school, work, etc.)? Do you enjoy it? Right now, I'm going to the University of Michigan and I'm majoring in art and design. I hope to go into something like advertising or becoming a graphic or web designer. And yes, I enjoy going to college because I get to do things on my own time and don't have to live under house rules. I'm starting the art and design program this year, so I haven't done anything yet to have any idea whether or not I enjoy it.

-What are six positive adjectives that describe you? open-minded, eccentric, idealistic, curious, humane, thoughtful

-What are six negative adjectives that describe you? shy, solitary, cynical, absent-minded, self-centered, brooding

-What sort of people are you attracted to? It's hard to describe. As far as physically, people's eyes and hair get my attention first. As far as personality goes, I'm interested in people who share the same opinions as me but are not identical to me. Oh, and throw in that tall, dark, and handsome for me too... although geeky and funny guys are way attractive also.

-What’s your current relationship status? Again, that's hard to describe. My long term boyfriend and I have gotten into some serious road bumps and right now I'm not officially with him, but we still plan on getting back together when we've gotten done with our to priorities (IE finishing college, etc).

-If you’re in a group, what part do you play (intelligent one, the funny one, etc.)? I'd probably contribute my ideas to the group and if no one else takes up the leadership position, I'd be the one who makes sure things get done.

-What do you usually wear on an average day? Jeans and a tanktop, usually. Even during the winters, I like wearing tanktops and I'll just slip on a sweater over it.

-What do you think about smoking? I think it's disgusting but I'm not going to go out of my way to make people quit smoking. I've talked my friends out of trying cigarettes before and I can never see myself dating a smoker.

-Tell us an anecdote (a short account of an interesting or humorous incident) that involved you. Uh... when I was a kid, I swallowed a piece of candy but I was too dumb to notice that I had, and started looking under my shirt for my lost candy. This is according to my parents... I don't remember much from toddlerhood.

-What kind of relationship do you have with your parents? Not a very close one... I don't spend much time with them at all and they don't make any attempts at spending time with me. We've pretty much got a mutual thing going on, but it's not like I hate them. It's just that they come from a different generation and immigrated from a different country, so we get into arguments a lot. I'd rather just avoid that altogether.

-What’s your opinion on tipping? I usually 15 percent of the bill, unless the waiter or waitress if extremely nice or rude.

-What’s your opinion on cops? I don't really have one. I slow down while I'm driving if I see one. Uh... the only encounter I've had with a cop was when my boyfriend and I were making out in my car once and a cop knocked on the door to see if everything was alright and that he wasn't raping me or anything.

-How well do you take orders from others? If it's within reason, I take orders from others pretty well. This also depends on my view of the person, though. Like if it's my boss and he or she isn't demanding something crazy, then hell yeah, I'd do what he/she told me to do. It's my job. My parents are another story though...

-Do you have any piercings? I have three ear piercings: one on my right and two in my left. I have a septum piercing also and used to have an eyebrow piercing until my mom tried to rip it out.

-Describe your favorite restaurant. One word: sushi.

-What’s the most dangerous thing you’ve ever done? Disobeyed something with my parents. I'm not going to get into it, but let's just say they would kill me for some of the things I've done.

-What do you like to do with your friends? We usually just hang out... nothing specific, just hanging out... maybe watch a movie or something.

-What’s your favorite TV show? I don't watch much tv. The only thing I watch anymore are The Simpsons and Family Guy, so I'll say that.

-What is your dream occupation? Being a designer of some sorts. Preferably a graphic designer or maybe a fashion photographer..

-Do you generally do as you’re told? Wasn't this asked already? Like I said before, it depends on the situation and who's telling me what to do.

-If you were in a fight, what kind of weapon would you wield and why? I'd use a staff (or some people call it a "bo") because I've always be partial to it. I don't know, maybe because it's so simple or because it involved martial arts. I think guns are too violent,I cannot stand the thought of myself physically stabbing someone with a knife or a sword, and I don't like distance weapons such as bombs or boomerangs too much.

-What’s the one most important thing in your life? My future and the person I'd want to share it with. I don't know which one I'd choose if I had to pick just one or the other though.

-What was the most painful thing that has ever happened to you? My first boyfriend cheated on my with one of my cloest friends (well, my ex friend now). I'm sure that pales in comparison to other things I might encounter or there are worse things that I have already experienced but backstabbing is pretty God damn painful. Not to mention that same friend tried to steal my next boyfriend away and has fooled around with the minds of a lot of my guy friends.

-Are you more of a vengeful or passive person? If I had to choose, I think I'd have to say passive. I rarely take revenge out on people because I see no reason for it. It's not going to change who the person is or what happened and I can put my energy into something much more effective, rather than waste it on someone else... but that doesn't keep me from thinking about vengeful things.

-Describe the worst day of your life thus far. I've had many bad days, but nothing as bad as compared to some people. I really can't think of a worst day, per se. For instance, there have been days where I have thought of suicide, but in retrospect, I can't even remember what made me think those things and I was young at the time, so I can't say that those days would be my worst days. I don't even know if anyone got that last sentence or not.

-What was the stupidest thing you and your friends have ever done? As a group, my friends and I are pretty tame. We don't do drugs, we don't break the law, etc, etc, so I really can't say. I guess stupid things we've done would just be getting into bitch fights over something small.

-Have you ever played multiple mind-games with anyone before? I should hope not. If I ever have, it's unintentional. I have played devil's advocate, though, if that's considered.

-Do you like or dislike children? I like children and have even worked at a daycare center before. However, at the same time, they can get on my nerves, which is why I only plan on having one child after I get married. Two at most.

-What is your favorite mythological creature and why? I've never really thought about this question, but I guess I've always held an interest in chimeras since they're so odd looking and are not as played out as unicorns or dragons, which are typical mythological creatures that come to mind. Other than that, I think the legends behind vampires, banshees, and sirens are interesting also.

-Do you like to travel? Yes, but I rarely do it because of time or money contrants. I'd love to go to Ireland and if I end up minoring in German, I'd like to study abroad in Germany for a summer.

-Would you like to be stamped as a guy, girl, or both? Both... maybe a guy and a girl. I don't know, I'd just like to know whose personality I would match.

-Please post at least one picture of yourself (if possible).
